Music Magazine
Are there any features they all have in common?
Are there any good ideas that you might be able to use?
Looking at the magazines i noted for my front cover it is best to have a large image of the main story to help promote my magazine and make people buy it. By having a big picture i would be emphasizing the bands importance and priority in this magazine. I plan to have various subheadings like Nme magazine scatterd around the page and possibly in the middle to promote the band. The subheadings in a specific font and colour will be a defiante way to define and attract a suitable target audience.
From the mixmag cover i might place various subheadings above my title, offering free gifts, and my second main feature. I would use a slogan just below my title as featuered in some of these magazines.

How does this sequence make you want to continue watching the film?
The trailer for sex and the city gave us an insight into all of the characters. Each clip revealed several snippets of thier life and personality. The breif insight leads us wanting to know more about them and what will happen to them in this epic story. If the story just focused on once character, with one personality it would broaden down the target audience, but by including several characters there is room for a wider audience.
We are shown / told the plot of each character and can imagine how it will contrast and how the trouble will unfold.
