My student magazine will attract readers who are interetsed in a variety of college activities and college life. The students will vary from aspirers to underachievers as there is quite a wide range of subjects liked by many different type of people.
Hedonists will enjoy my magazine, people who enjoy life now, who enjoy college's current affairs. Aimed at C1 or below on the jicnar scale. I chose this because professional workers will enjoy this magazine but skilled manual workers will also find it interesting.
I hope to attract readers of the age 16-19 teens. MalesBoth genders are aimed as my audience as i do intend to place sports as well as say drama.
It is a special interest group for Students for study at Worcester sixform college.
The connotations that i can communicate to the student include:
* I will use a Sans serif font because it gives a modern upto date look which will attract my readers and is a clear connotation of youth. I will use italics to emphasise main headlines or bold letters. This way the mgaazine can help promote a friendly welcoming cover.
I will Fill the contents page with fun and crazy pictures so the reader will want to read on, but i will also keep to the same colour scheme as my magazine cover to show a true connection bewteen the too.
